Cranberry Chicken. I cooked this dish last night. It looks nice.

I got a cooking book as a gift. Even follow the instructions, I cannot cook a decent meal for myself. My friend at work told me straightforward, “ That is why nobody wants to marry you. ” That is frustrating. Life is so miserable when everything seems just not right.

Now let’s go back to the chicken recipe. Here we go…

1.Preheat the wok with a little bit vegetable oil and ginger

2.When the oil is hot enough, pour into the chicken meat (I used about 1 pound chicken wings), stir fry with cooking wine.

3.Add a cup of water, a little bit vinegar, boil for about 10-15 minutes.

4.Add 1/3 cup of cranberry sauce and a handful of cranberry ( Both cranberry sauce and cranberry(frozen) can be found at No Frills), simmer for about 5 minutes.
