可能性不大 ,主要街道增加人口密度对于政府来说一个最大利益在于有利于提高公共交通效率,同时大幅度增加地税收入。

现在沿着龙脉BAYVIEW,FINCH沿路向西,将要或者都盖满了TH,价格不菲。我觉得这是利用现有土地资源,不是坏事,否则那些破旧老屋没人住,或者只住一家人利用率太低了

会出现很多问题。即使一块宅基地能够容纳很多户,很多层,停车问题不可能在自己的宅基地上解决。这就会把问题推给周围的邻居,占用城市街道。而这可是主要街道。还有层高的问题,原本前院是两层住宅,现在变成6层,有压抑感和遮光问题。噪音问题。还会有很多问题。
