The bitter melons were planted from sowing seeds ( I took out the seeds from a bitter melon before cooking and kept them for about half year before sowing). Beside the bitter melons, -sunshinecanada(Sunshine Canada); 2019-7-8 {858} (#5424@4096)
there are scarlet runner beans and purple peacock beans ( I mixed them up when sowing and I can not identify each one of them now). Thanks to Sailor for the seeds of beans. The vines of these beans grow very fast.
The Bush Early Girl tomato was planted from a seedling ( from Costco).
Amaranth and purslane are edible weeds. They came into my garden unexpectly. I think they are probably from addition of organic fertilizer and top soil.
The green onions were planted from short stems(about 2" long) with roots (from a grocery store). Green onions grow very fast.
