枫下家园 / 美食天地 / i bought the baking powder in nofrills today. a white lady told me baking powder should'n be put for long time if it's opened, just like yeast.is that true? usually how long? what is the difference between baking powder and baking soda?
and anybody knows what are the english names for 玉米粉(not corn flour) 塔塔粉 大菜 明胶 低筋面粉 香草香油 吉利丁, all for making cakes or desserts.
where can i buy dry cassawa flour木薯粉?

What the lady told you is true. Baking powder can't be stored for a very long time. But the length of its storing is beyond my knowledge. :( // Vanilla Essence is XIAO CAO JING YOU.
