不一样,baking soda 是碱面,baking powder 是起发面做用的,是烤东西是用的,发酵粉是发馒头和包子用的。

Baking soda. 但我一般不用它,因为会破坏肉的营养成分,放一点太白粉和油调和牛肉试试,也可使牛肉的口感滑嫩.

baking powder and baking soda are same thing. they are all sodium bicarbonate.

不对,baking soda是碳酸钠,baking powder是碳酸氢钠

baking soda and baking powder basically same, they both contains sodium bicarbonate. only difference is that baking powder is added with dry acid so that when it meet wet ingrdient it can generate gas( carbob dioxide}.
